This vampire, out of nowhere, claims the title of Herald of Cain. According to rumors, he would even be his Infant, which would make him the last "second generation" in activity. He erected his fortress, the "Citadel", on the ruins of New York, and demolished the Statue of Liberty to erect one in the likeness of Cain. Tubal claims he is preparing Earth for the return of his Lord, who will soon return to judge all his descendants. To carry out his task, the Herald of Cain recruited (or infanted, no one knows) three extremely powerful vampires. These Generals, of which nothing is known, bear the names of the three vampires of the second generation. Thus, they are called Enosh, Irad and Zillah. More than an honorary title, each name relates to a function. Like the original vampire, Enosh is thus a very powerful scholar and wizard, while Irad, like his predecessor, commands the legions of vampires who serve Tubal. Between them, the generals of Tubal allowed him to establish his domination over the whole of North America. By force, Irad made the humans and lupines of this part of the globe bend, pushing the borders of the kingdom of Tubal further back each night. Enosh him, thanks to his spells and the thaumaturgists he trains, guaranteed the security of the empire, preventing Saulot and his Tremeres from carrying out their rituals. Finally, Zillah, through her wise advice and her many hidden abilities, plays a discreet but effective role in the success of Tubal's plans. The only obstacles remaining between Tubal and absolute power seem to be his rival Saulot, master of the Eastern Empire, and to a lesser extent the Great Redeemer, this wandering warrior who seems to resent these two individuals as much. Yet the impetuous remains convinced of his mission, and confident in his powers, for him, the Great Redeemer is only a myth, and even so, how could a single man overthrow an Empire such as his?
